The everyday programme starts at 9.00 a.m. with a summary of the results of the day before. Afterwards, usually central speech contributions will lead to the topics and practical campaigns of the morning programme as well as bring up theses for discussion. In the afternoons work is continued in groups are. This timetable below serves as a frame programme. There should be room for spontaneous working groups and the dynamics of the congress results, as regards contenting contributions and questions respectively, which make it possible for all participants to contribute actively in the shaping of the congress. (The timetable for the programme is partly orientated towards the planned feeding times: breakfast starts at 7.30 a.m. to 9.00 a.m., lunch will be at 12.30 to 2.00 p.m. and dinner shall take place between 6.30 to 8.00 p.m. More breaks will be discussed in each working group.
